We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end discovery and scoping of enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) and Asset Management (AM) capabilities. This role is focused on understanding current-state operations, engaging stakeholders across the business, and translating complex business requirements into a comprehensive, implementation-ready requirements package. The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end discovery and requirements gathering activities for ITSM and Asset Management initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and establish engagement plans across business and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to capture business requirements and operational needs.
- Document current-state ("as-is") processes and define future-state ("to-be") operating models.
- Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop implementation-ready Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and supporting artefacts.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and business rules documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution options and implementation approaches.
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders, business objectives, and technology outcomes.
- Support governance activities, prioritisation discussions, and decision-making processes.
- Provide recommendations to support the implementation of ITSM and Asset Management capabilities.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex technology or transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience working across IT Service Management (ITSM) and Asset Management (AM) environments.
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles, service management processes, and operational frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience leading stakeholder engagement, discovery workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes.
- Strong capability in producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and use cases.
- Experience conducting gap analysis, impact assessments, and dependency mapping.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement and service management best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
